 Health care is important thing. First of all, have good sleep is most important. Sleeping enough  makes you happy. Too short or too long sleep is makes you feel bad. Secondly, eating healthy foods such as nuts is also important and eating too much junk foods is bad thing, so we should not eat them too much. Thirdly, have several time of sports is important. Sports makes you feel well. I think do such things is very important.

  1. I always try to have a well-balanced diet and good sleep, but I don't have time of sports. For my health, I try to have a time of sports.
